Return Policy

Returns and exchanges are allowed within two weeks, but return authorization is required. Unauthorized returns will NOT be accepted, and will be marked “Return to Sender”. For return authorization, simply email us with what you would like to return or exchange, and we will send you the return shipping information. The returned package must be postmarked within two weeks of your purchase date. If any part of your order is defective or damaged upon receipt, contact us within 48 hours.

Returned items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition. Orders returned with pet hair on them are subject to a 20% restocking/cleaning fee.

Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility. We recommend shipping insurance, as we cannot be responsible for returned items lost in transit. If you are exchanging an item, we will cover shipping to send you something else on your first exchange. In the case of returns, refunds will only be made to the account the item was purchased under. We do not refund shipping charges.

Returns and exchanges are NOT allowed on sale items that are marked “Final Clearance”.

Payment

We accept Visa, Mastercard, and Discover Card through our secure shopping cart. You may also pay through Paypal with a credit card, e-check, or your Paypal balance. If paying with e-check, allow extra time for your check to clear before your order is shipped. This generally takes 3-5 days for domestic orders, but may take longer on international orders.

Shipping

Orders are generally processed and shipped within 1-2 days (excluding Sundays & holidays). We ship with USPS Priority Mail, which advertises 2-3 business days for domestic shipping, or 6-10 business days for international. We cannot guarantee these shipping times, as delays with USPS are out of our control. For international shipments, please allow at least 2-3 weeks for your order to arrive. Any customs charges are the responsibility of the customer. Delivery Confirmation is included on all shipments.
